Each athlete gets 3 to 4 minutes in front of the camera with pro lighting, fog machines, and gentle direction that helps them show off who they are.
Your choosing. Photos can happen during a practice or at a separate time we schedule together.

Groups/teams are responsible for securing the location of their choosing as well as any associated fees.

We will provide you with an digital info package to distribute to your team. You will be responsible for having gear/equipment available and communicating with athletes and their families to let them know everything to bring along for our time together. On photo day, we’ll handle the set up and logistics.

About two weeks after photo day, your online gallery will be ready. Parents will have 10 days to browse and order. Any prints ordered will be delivered to the team/group within 2 to 3 weeks after the gallery closes.

Right now, there’s no session fee. That means we’ll come photograph your athletes at no upfront cost. Once parents view the gallery of images, each family can decide what they'd like to purchase (digital images and/or prints & products). There’s no minimum spend required. If your team has a budget and you'd like to provide a cart credit to each athlete to ensure they receive at least one print, we're happy to set that up.
A minimum of 15 athletes is required for a team session. You're welcome to combine two teams to meet the minimum, as long as both are present at the same time. If you're looking for an individual session, please contact us for options.
Not every image will include fog, but most will. Either way, the final gallery will have a bold, dramatic look.
Absolutely. Before the session, we’ll work with you to choose the fog colour, and we’ll customize the memory mates and trading cards to reflect your team colours.
Team photos are included in the gallery and available for families to purchase as a digital file, a print, or within a memory mate. If you’d like to guarantee that every athlete receives a team print, we can invoice your team in advance and provide each athlete with a coupon code to use in the gallery.
Your team is responsible for securing the location (and paying any associated fees) and getting approval for fog and lighting use. A location with electricity is ideal, but we also have a generator for outdoor sessions if needed.
100%! We will create an info page that you can distribute to parents, and we're happy to answer parent questions directly. We try to take as much off your plate as possible.
